I don’t like to complain, but I find it so difficult to eat healthily with school. I have to wake up at 6 am for school, and I can never eat breakfast that early because it really upsets my stomach and I have my lunch period at 12 pm so 5 out of 7 days a week I’m skipping breakfast !

Just imagine, one day you will wake up with beautiful neat hip bones innocently poking out. As your hands lay on your stomach that is slightly caved in. Then you get up feeling light as a feather, not caring about your hair or your makeup because you already feel beautiful. Then to walk down your hall way without your thighs touching, your cold hands hands grasp a hot cup as you’re sipping some calm tea or coffee. Then deciding what to wear. Imagine how you would feel, what you would look like and what you would wear. Achieving that goal and being able to show it. Just picture it for a second, now achieve it!
